Visual Expression Leading Others to Christ Intentionally with Technological Excellence
Velocite is a training curriculum I developed for use on a church media team. This series of team building training sessions equip volunteers to use not only the equipment available in their church, but to also use their technological gifting to lead others to Christ. All too often teams can get caught up in working to achieve technical excellence, that they forget why they are doing what they are doing in the first place. Velocite is meant to adjust to fit your church and your team. By beginning with a set of "Why" questions. You will work as a team to define the purpose of your technical ministry team and define how that team fits with the mission of your church. Once your mission is defined you are ready to begin working toward achieving that mission as a team.
I am available to consult with your staff team, to tailor the Velocite team building trainings to fit your team. Depending on your needs, we can map out a one day refresher training or a series of trainings that you can use with your volunteers throughout the year.
